It's been awhile since I've done a Beauty & the Beast design but I ended up really liking this one. And the staff liked it so much, that Lily got to receive the rose from Belle at the end of the show.
In order to show them off to their best advantage, we've put Belle & the Beast dancing outside on the terrace and the rose on the bodice.
All of the appliques around the skirt are done in as much sparkling fabric as appropriate. We have Luminere, Gaston, Cogworth, Mrs. Potts & Chip, the doggie footstool and Fifi the french maid.
We've trimmed this outfit off in a vibrant striped fabric and a lime green polka-dot...very pretty.
